Snow Day! {Family Photography}

We have been waiting for the snow to arrive here for several weeks. It has been cold, cold, cold but no white stuff. Well this morning we woke up to a light dusting on the ground and we took the opportunity to go outside and enjoy it.

Old Town

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting several other photographers for a photoshoot in Old Town Alexandria. We had such a great time but it was so cold. We only stayed out for about an hour and a half because we all were miserable after a little while. I hope we have a chance to get together again soon when the weather is a little more agreeable.

One of my favorites

This is one of my favorite pictures of my little one. It was taken when she was nine months old out on our front lawn. We are dreaming of Spring already here. Can't you tell?

White Buck

Here in the Northern Virginia area we see deer on a daily basis. We hardly even look twice when we see one standing on the side of the road or crossing the street. This year however there is an unusual spotted white Buck that has been born into the deer family that crosses our property every day. I have snapped several pictures of him, but today I actually caught a decent one before he bolted away.

Here is another one of my glowing pregnant friends. She is looking forward to meeting her new little one the begining of March. Thanks for spending the afternoon with me. It is always fun hanging out with you.

New Momma

I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with my friend who is expecting her first baby in March. We are all excited to meet this little boy! Hang in there Michelle, it won't be long now!
